The Bell - Terms and Conditions

1. Changes After Booking

Once flights and hotels are confirmed, any modifications requested by the client within 30 days before departure or during the trip will incur an administrative fee. This fee covers our processing costs and any applicable charges from airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

2. Advance Bookings

To ensure a smooth experience, all travel arrangements—including accommodations, transportation, and planned activities—must be finalized before the trip begins. Exceptions may be made for activities that allow last-minute bookings.

3. Restaurant Reservations

We will provide all necessary details for your restaurant reservations once the trip has commenced. Should you need to make changes, we can assist subject to availability and time zones. All cancellation policies and contact information will be clearly outlined, and we recommend contacting the restaurant directly for any modifications.

4. Client Responsibilities for Check-In

Clients are responsible for checking in for flights, accommodations, and other reservations unless explicitly arranged otherwise in the itinerary.

5. Extra Baggage Arrangements

Any additional baggage arrangements, including fees, must be managed directly by the client during their airline check-in process, unless otherwise specified. We advise confirming baggage policies with your airline prior to travel.

6. Passports, Visas, and Documentation

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other necessary documents for their destinations. Please verify entry requirements well in advance.

7. Liability Waiver

Book the Bell LLC and its agents are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from events outside our control, including but not limited to travel delays, natural disasters, or government actions.

8. Privacy Policy

e respect your privacy and handle personal information with care. Your information is only shared with third parties when necessary to secure travel arrangements.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, and other travel risks. Our team is happy to suggest reputable providers upon request.

10. Health and Safety Compliance

Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all health and safety requirements of their travel destinations, including any mandatory vaccinations or health screenings. We advise consulting local regulations and health advisories before departure.

11. Payment Terms

a. General Payment Policy Full payment is required before the commencement of any trip, as specified in your booking agreement. We do not cover payments for restaurant reservations or hotel bookings unless a hotel directly requires payment from our agency. In such cases, clients will be informed, and payment to us must be made in advance before we make any payments on their behalf. Failure to complete payment within the designated timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservations.

b. Deposit Policy To confirm and secure your booking, a 50% deposit of the total trip fee is required upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip commences. If booking within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by provider. We will provide information on each provider’s cancellation and refund terms at the time of booking. Any refunds are subject to the terms and processing times of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers.

13. Currency Fluctuations

Prices quoted in foreign currencies may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations. Clients are responsible for any additional costs resulting from currency changes, and final pricing will be adjusted to reflect current rates at the time of payment.

14. Force Majeure

The Bell is not liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other extraordinary events.
